A brother has asked me to advertise for this role:

QA Manager/Senior Tester

* Fast Growing High Tech Company

* Melbourne CBD location

We need a lead Tester with demonstrated capacity to undertake the analysis of systems
requirements,documentation,develop test plans, peer review test plans and execute tests, to work in a full time role based in Melbourne.

The successful applicants must have 3-5 years relevant experience in software QA management / testing with:

1. Skills Experience desired

* Experience in testing commercial software
* Experience with Java/J2EE applications
* Experience with white box functional testing
* Experience with regression, stress, functional and UAT testing
* Experience with open-source software (eg JMeter, Selenium,
JUnit etc)
* Experience in developing and executing test cases

2. Well developed communication skills, including the ability to:

1. read, comprehend and write technical material effectively
2. plan, run and manage a full SDLC testing and QA program
3. liaise with development team members
4. communicate with staff from technical and non-technical
backgrounds
5. implement test code and run tests using a range of testing
suites/products

3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and as
an individual,including ability to effectively mentor staff; and
to manage own work against competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Salary commensurate with experience: $50K to 65K
Preferrably this position would be a recent grad who is wanting to be a tester and should be enthusiastic about this role insha'Allah.

Yes it does say senior but insha'Allah if you've recently graduated and wanting to get into testing and your enthusiastic and willing to be trained, then insha'Allah this will be considered. This position does need to be filled up quickly so insha'Allah apply ASAP if interested.
